What are your payment terms?

40% Deposit-this will put your building into manufacturing, then final 60% paid 10 days before delivery of the steel building.

Do you offer finance?

Yes- We work in partnership with a premium finance company.

Can you supply & erect the steel building?

How much does delivery cost?

Free to all UK Mainland, cost to islands are priced on application.

How long will it take to deliver my building?

3-4 weeks from date of order

Will i need planning permission?

Any building under 36m squared under government guidelines will need planning permission, under 4m high. We advise you contact your local planning department either way.

Are your buildings supplied with warranties?

Yes we offer a Platinum 25 year manufacturing warranty and 50 year lifespan, ensuring your building will stand the test of time.

Does my building require a concrete base?

Yes- all buildings require some sort of anchorage so a concrete base with a min of 120mm or foundation pads will be necessary
